These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of Aurora Luxe’s Canadian website, products, and services. By using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

In these Terms, “Aurora Luxe”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the Canadian Aurora Luxe entity. “You” and “your” refer to the person or entity using our services.

You must be the age of majority in your province or territory of residence, or have legal parental/guardian consent, to use our services. You represent that you are not barred from using the services under applicable laws.

When you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security incident.

• Use a strong passphrase and enable available security controls.
• You may not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless noted. Taxes, shipping, and fees are calculated at checkout. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order, we’ll refund any amounts paid for the cancelled items.

By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize us or our payment processors to charge your method for the total order amount.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery by the carrier. Inspect your package upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if items are missing or damaged.

We accept returns of eligible items in new, unused condition within the return window stated at purchase. Certain products (e.g., final sale, personalized, hygiene-sensitive items) may be ineligible. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items.

The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Aurora Luxe and are protected by Canadian and international laws. You may not use our marks or content without our prior written permission.

By submitting reviews, feedback, or other content, you grant Aurora Luxe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content in connection with our services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

• Using the services for unlawful purposes, including violating export controls or sanctions.
• Attempting to access or disrupt non-public systems, or reverse-engineering our software.
• Uploading malicious code or infringing content.

Except as expressly stated, the services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some provinces do not allow limitations on implied warranties; these limitations may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurora Luxe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the services will not exceed the greater of CAD $100 or the amounts you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Your use of the services is also subject to our privacy practices, which describe how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information in accordance with Canadian law. We may use cookies and similar technologies for essential operations, analytics (with your consent), and to personalize your experience.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the provincial and federal courts located in British Columbia for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or the services.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, by posting an update on this page or via email if you have an account). Your continued use of the services after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
